11 PM - 2 AM : Beer Fest After Party at the Filling Station 2005 North Rouse in Bozeman

FOOD & MENU


Montana Epicurean will feature local, natural, and sustainable foods supplied by Montana Fish Company, Montana Beef & Game, and the Community Food CO-OP. The menu will consist of the following:
  • Shredded BBQ Buffalo Sandwich from Kroon Bison Ranch in Manhattan
  • fresh bread from the CO-OP
  • Pork Bratwurst from John Smith Ranch in Whitehall
  • Montana Chili with B Bar Ranch Beef in Big Timber
  • Timeless Organic pinto beans from Conrad along with a gumbo featuring andouille sausage from Montana Magic
  • potatoes from Bausch Farms in Whitehall.

Montana Epicurean is a catering company focused on sourcing the finest sustainable local products available.

Amaltheia Organic Dairy and the CO-OP will sponsor a cheese tasting station as well. These award-winning cheeses will be the perfect complement to the best beers in Montana. Amaltheia Assorted Organic Dairy Goat Cheese Sampler is FREE and features a mix of plain chevre, smoked chevre, roasted garlic & chive, spiced pepper chevre, sundried tomato, whole milk ricotta and FETA cheeses.
