At the Second Annual 2008 Montana Beer Festival, beer will be judged by qualified brewers and certified beer judges based on the Beer Judge Certification Program guidelines. These parameters are designed by brewers and other industry experts and qualitatively define the many types of beer produced around the globe, from the old world classics to the modern, innovative styles that have proven their place in history. Beers are judged according to styles of color, aroma, flavor, bitterness, body and overall drinkability. This year we will be judging the best Amber, Porter, IPA, Stout, Wheat and Montana Beer while the public will determine the People's Choice.
